- 1c. salsa
- 2/3c. barbecue sauce
- 2/3c. brown sugar
- 5 hot dogs, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 3 T. dried minced onions
- 2 cans (16oz. each) pork and beans, drained
- 1 can (15 1/2oz.) chili beans, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz.) butter or Lima beans,rinsed and drained
In a bowl, combine first five ingredients Mix well. Stir in the beans; pour into an ungreased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6-8
This is my grandmother’s recipe. It is SO yummy! It went great with our 4th of July meal.
There isn’t much else I can add, except it was SERIOUSLY delicious!! You simply must try it.
