This is a REALLY simple bread to make in a bread maker. I’ve had a bread maker my whole marriage (7 years), and since moving to Kansas, never seem to use it. I’m going to pull it out again and try this bread. My mother has been making this for me in her bread maker for months now. It’s time I try it! Once I got the ingredients and directions, I realized it’s seriously TO simple not to try!
I haven’t tried it yet, this picture is my mother’s bread she made for me. 
Heat water to 110 degrees (heat in microwave for about 38 seconds, depending on microwave).
Put yeast and sugar into bread maker, pour heated water on top.
Let sit for 10 min. (Should be bubbly after 10 min)
Pour in oil.
Add 3 cups bread flour
add 1 tsp salt to the top.
Make sure you have the machine on the rapid cycle, then press start.
