We all know that sodas are bad for us, right? As with most things in life, they taste so good but they are not the best choices we can make.
I've spent the last four months on an amazing weight loss journey. I'm only eight pounds from my goal weight. I've also gotten into exercising and trying to make the right choices for my body and for my health.
I decided it was time to kick the soda habit. Althought I only drink a couple each day, it was time to stop. I decided that Monday would be the perfect today to kick the habit.
