  Starting a new feature on my blog - Saturday Spotlight. Our blog (Rate the Plate Utah) will be spotlighting other food bloggers, chefs, restaurant owners, etc. in question & answer form. If you have a food blog (75% or more of posts are food related) & would like to be featured, leave a comment or send me a message.
