I think that the blogger blogs have a choice whether to have the captcha or not - I don't have captcha on my site but on the ones that do...kinda drive me nuts. Especially when I am posting comments on a blog from my phone, if the coffee hasn't quite kicked in yet (which most days it hasn't...or I have a squirming baby nursing and trying to kick my phone)...anyways, the captcha gets moved up my screen and I can't see it to enter the code. It's frustrating!
It's actually very easy to turn off on Blogger. Literally a click of the mouse.

I think it's hard for blogger blogs, but Wordpress can have Akismet. It's SO great! Works really well, I have it and love it!

I think I wasn't to clear on that. :) It's harder to have a nice system on Blogger, like the one on Wordpress. I dont have to monitor my comments. I just visit the spam folder sometimes just to make sure a real comment didn't get through, which is rare. :)
