A few months back I was the first one up on a Saturday morning, sitting at the computer with a steaming cup of coffee, responding to emails, working on my upcoming book, and making final edits on a couple of new blog posts. My almost two year old grandson crept down the stairs and my first hint that he was up was the feel of his gentle hand on my thigh. My first response (inside my own head) was that he was interrupting! I had a thought almost put into words, if only I could get back to it! That moment was my wake-up call. I write, and speak, and publish as a ministry to other struggling parents of teens. But my first calling is to be a parent and grandparent. With my Affiliate project providing an excellent income, I have learned to schedule my online time so that I am fully present with my children and grandchildren. It has been a life changing experience.
